Support budgeting, control, and execution analysis of projects. **Date:** 26 Aug 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Strengthen the main processes managed by the Investment Project (Capex) Control and Planning team, generating a high level of financial information analysis and service quality for internal customers, enabling process agility and reliability, and ensuring visibility for sound capital investment decisions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and applying continuous improvement methodologies and tools. **What will you do in your role?** ------------------------- Provide support in the budgeting process for the Corporate Investment Plan and Projects. Provide support in controlling and analyzing budget and cash flow execution of projects versus planned targets through analysis of data on platforms such as SAP and others. Provide support in updating and forecasting the annual project execution plan and base budget. Manage the technological project management tool for budget approval and release. Contribute to ensuring compliance with governance models for investment project control and planning. Provide support in activities that ensure value capture from invested capital. Implement new initiatives and/or processes contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge management in our macro-processes. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Students in their 7th, 8th, or 9th semester of **Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Additional Studies: Desired courses in project evaluation, budget planning and control, value capture, and investment portfolio management. * Software proficiency: **Advanced Excel (no macros), Power BI, and other management tools that enhance our control standards and dashboard development.**
