




Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the production area, including planning, control, report preparation, and safety management. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety and sound operational practices **Mission or Objective:** Provide administrative support to the production area **Responsibilities:** * Support management in developing production plans and programs. * Support the planning, organization, and control of activities performed by production area personnel, in accordance with the company's current directives, policies, and procedures. * Prepare production statistics, subproduct consumption, and supply data for internal customers. * Support the preparation of reports and presentations required by management. * Develop and monitor management system procedures. * Apply good practices in: load handling, ergonomics, active breaks, record storage, and electrical connections, following prior training in these topics. * Conduct: Planned Task Observations (PTO), Preventive Safety Observations (PSO), and activity inspections. Report incidents, near misses, accidents, or occupational illnesses. * Comply with established Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) applicable to the operational area where administrative activities are performed. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working. * Utilize HSE/SSOMA management tools such as ATS, IPERC, and PETAR during activities. Stop work if safety conditions so require. * Notify the immediate supervisor in case of hazardous situations. * Clean equipment used in assigned tasks. Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. Label shelf compartments for better organization. Manage appropriate office furniture distribution and conduct periodic furniture inspections. **Requirements:** * Preferably 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. * Knowledge of process control and unit operations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project; SAP user-level proficiency. * Must reside in Huaura, Huacho, or nearby areas.
