If you are dynamic, persuasive, and thrive in customer-facing roles, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities:** * Promote product and service sales at assigned points of sale. * Acquire new customers and encourage repeat purchases from existing users. * Deliver a positive and personalized experience for each customer. * Establish and strengthen business relationships with users, identifying opportunities for loyalty development. * Communicate promotions, benefits, and novelties clearly and attractively. * Resolve basic inquiries and guide customers throughout the purchasing process. * Collect relevant information on user preferences, needs, and behavior. * Submit daily reports on field activities, sales results, and identified incidents. * Support activations, promotional campaigns, and commercial events. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, customer service, or commercial activations. * Experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), entertainment, betting, telecommunications, or similar sectors. * Excellent communication skills, fluency in speech, and negotiation abilities. * High level of initiative, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to build trust and foster strong customer relationships. * Availability to perform fieldwork in Lima. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1,600 \+ VARIABLE * Mobility allowance * Full payroll registration * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. \- 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. \- 2:00 p.m. * **Available Zones (choose 1\):** South, Center, East, West, and North.
