Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Management System Assistant to implement and maintain quality and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) procedures, forms, and instructions, providing support in continuous improvement projects. Opportunity for professional development and growth We are currently looking for **01 Integrated Management System Assistant** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health**. * Basic knowledge of **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**. * Prior experience in the **construction industry** is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Power BI (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** \*Implement and update requested procedures, forms, and/or instructions to maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 Quality Management / OSH). \*Support the Integrated Management System Manager in implementing improvement projects to ensure compliance. \*Carry out activities ensuring project deliverables meet the quality commitments made to the client. \*Assist in preparing the Safety and Quality Dossier for key equipment, including test certificates, catalogs, manuals, etc. \*Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Enrollment in the payroll from the first day, under the general labor regime. * Pleasant work environment. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. **Apply now and become part of this great family!** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 1 year of experience as an Integrated Management System Assistant? * Have you worked in the implementation, monitoring, or maintenance of an Integrated Management System (IMS)? * Do you have experience with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001? * Have you participated in internal or external management system audits? * Are you available to work in San Isidro? * Please indicate your salary expectations.
