Job Summary: Support software application development and quality control, functional documentation, and metrics to ensure proper software functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in software and PrintNet workflow development and quality control. 2. Collaboration in preparing functional documents and efficiency reports. 3. Operational coordination with the Digital Operations department. Objective: Support activities related to application development and quality control, functional documentation and manuals, and departmental metrics to contribute to proper software functionality for end users. Responsibilities: 1. Support software and PrintNet workflow development. 2. Support quality control execution and stress testing of software. 3. Support preparation of functional documents. 4. Assist in generating efficiency control reports and departmental metrics. 5. Support and coordinate operations with the Digital Operations department for executing processes, controls, and communications inherent to this department’s operations. 6. Understand and comply with the company’s established policies, procedures, standards, controls, etc., across various management systems. 7. Report any incidents or deviations known to the intern that may affect the organization’s management systems. 8. Perform other related or complementary duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Key Requirements: 1. University student in final years of Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. 2. Prior experience of 3 months as an IT Intern, Systems Intern, or similar position is desirable. 3. Availability to work at ATE (in front of Santa Anita Mall).
