JOB DESCRIPTION A leading company in the **concrete, cement, and electrical sectors** is seeking a qualified professional for the position of **IT Security Manager**, with the following responsibilities: * Ensure execution of cybersecurity services per ANS standards, comply with policies and procedures, and monitor results to take necessary actions optimizing technical and human resources. * Ensure third-party service providers meet agreed service levels and propose optimization mechanisms accordingly. * Propose initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of cybersecurity services and coordinate with related departments for their implementation. * Coordinate the generation, review, and analysis of information produced by cybersecurity services. * Maintain and update cybersecurity documents and procedures as required. * Ensure compliance with established internal control levels and requirements of internal and external audits. * Supervise and support the cybersecurity team, ensuring achievement of departmental objectives. * Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks by implementing controls and mitigation measures. * Supervise continuous monitoring of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. * Coordinate incident response efforts to ensure rapid and effective resolution. * Supervise access management, ensuring users have appropriate permissions and access control policies are enforced. * Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity. * Minimum 3 years in leadership or team management roles. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in this function. Mandatory: * Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP \- Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CISM \- Certified Information Security Manager). * Training in risk management and compliance (e.g., CRISC \- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control). * Cloud cybersecurity certifications. * Training in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Agile Coach). * Preferred: Courses or certifications in Identity and Access Management (IAM). English: Intermediate level (written and spoken)
