Position Summary: Responsible for providing hardware and software IT support to end users and the corporate IT platform, including system monitoring, maintenance, and server administration. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive hardware and software support for users and the IT platform. 2. System and infrastructure monitoring. 3. Server and network administration, including backups. **Job Description:** Responsible for providing hardware and software IT support to SAETA users and the corporate Information and Communications Technology (ICT) platform, along with its associated services and components. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Networks and Communications or a university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to internal users of the client company. * Monitor the company's systems and infrastructure. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on client workstations. * Coordinate activities with vendors. * Administer the company's servers and network. * Execute backups of the company's sensitive information. * Configure the company's email service. * Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
