Our selection and hiring processes are conducted without any form of discrimination and for any reason. **What will be your challenge?** Lead the Data and Analytics front focused on improving Accounting, Tax, and Credit management through the implementation of initiatives and tools that enable achievement of organizational objectives—aligned with the corporate D\&A team’s direction—and thereby generate value based on strategic data use. Additionally, drive capability development in Data \& Advanced Analytics across these three areas to enhance the value delivered by such initiatives. This role centers on leading analytical transformation focused on data management, using advanced analytics tools to identify key insights, optimize processes, and strengthen strategic decision-making. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead the definition of the Data \& Analytics strategy and roadmap, aligned with Accounting, Tax, and Credit’s vision for evolution. * Lead end-to-end execution of D\&A initiatives defined in the roadmap—from Business Case development through assurance of committed value return. * Lead and deploy the strategy to drive Data \& Analytics capability development within Accounting, Tax, and Credit, aiming to enhance value generation. * Lead and develop a robust data architecture, governance, and strategy for information under the ownership of Accounting, Tax, and Credit—ensuring data quality, accessibility, and traceability. * Lead execution of analytical transformation focused on data management, using advanced analytics tools to identify key insights and strengthen strategic decision-making with leaders from Accounting, Tax, Credit, and business units (up to Director level, as applicable). * Govern and manage data quality as Data Owner for the relevant domains. * Manage and optimize the budget allocated to Data \& Analytics for consulting services, software licenses, and external data purchases. * Ensure appropriate control and archiving of documents inherent to the role. * Manage timely fulfillment of ad-hoc information requests. * Manage the evolution of financial structures in alignment with organizational initiatives across the entire financial ecosystem—covering master and transactional data levels. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Big Data \& Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Years of experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in areas related to development, validation, and/or implementation of analytical and predictive models. * At least 2 years of experience leading Data \& Analytics teams. * Knowledge of Big Data \& Analytics (visualization and predictive algorithms). * Proficiency in technological tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, VBA, or similar. * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Intermediate-level knowledge of SAP (Desirable). * Knowledge of financial risk (Desirable). * Knowledge of corporate finance (Desirable). * Knowledge of IFRS standards (Desirable). * English proficiency: Intermediate.
