If you have experience, commitment, and a service-oriented attitude, we invite you to become part of a company experiencing constant growth—where you can develop your skills and continue advancing professionally. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Hotel Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related fields (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts, fulfilling 48 weekly hours with one day off per week. * Residence in districts adjacent to Central Lima. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years as Head Waiter or Service Supervisor. * Experience leading teams in restaurants **specializing in meats/wines**. **Knowledge** * Service protocol and etiquette. * Customer service techniques. * Handling complaints and conflict resolution. * Knowledge of food and beverages. * POS and billing system operation. * BPM (Good Handling Practices) and food safety regulations. * Personnel management and schedule preparation. * Knowledge of wines and meat cutting. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise dining room operations during the shift. * Coordinate service staff distribution. * Verify proper personal appearance of the team. * Ensure compliance with company-established service standards. * Promptly resolve customer incidents and complaints. * Train and guide staff on service procedures and protocols. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service. * Supervise dining room cleanliness, order, and presentation. * Monitor appropriate use of equipment, utensils, and furniture. * Prepare or validate staff schedules and days off. * Develop performance indicators (KPIs). * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * MYPE payroll registration from day one. * 100% covered lunch. * Corporate discount at our locations. * Career path. * Additional bonus based on targets.
