We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-level support for corporate applications, equipment, and communications, and to diagnose and resolve incidents.

On behalf of our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a **Help Desk Analyst** to join their support team.
**Requirements**
* Technical diploma holder or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or Application Support roles.
* Basic knowledge of networks and communications.
* Experience using ticket and incident management tools.
* Experience providing remote support to end users.
* Prior experience supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is desirable.
* Must reside in Lima, specifically in districts adjacent to La Victoria, as initial training will be conducted in person for 2 weeks.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle, register, and track incidents reported by point-of-sale locations.
* Provide first-level support for corporate applications, computing equipment, and communications.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents related to the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
* Escalate cases requiring specialized attention from other support or development teams in a timely manner.
* Guide users on the proper use of organizational applications and technological tools.
* Track tickets through to resolution and closure, ensuring adherence to established service-level agreements.
* Maintain updated documentation of incidents, solutions, and support procedures.
**Employment Conditions**
* Formal employment with full statutory benefits from day one.
* Compensation: S/ 1,400 (gross amount).
* Work modality: Remote.
* Initial training will be conducted in person at the La Victoria office during the first 2–3 weeks, Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* After the training period, work will be performed remotely.
* Occasional in-person attendance is required, as needed for operational requirements or pre-scheduled meetings.
* Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, within the time frame of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., fulfilling a weekly workload of 48 hours and including one rotating day off per week.
* Availability to work on public holidays, according to operational scheduling.
* The company provides a laptop for job performance.

Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month
