Rotation across kitchen departments * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-known restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position at our restaurants located in the district of Miraflores.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results orientation, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 30 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas, storage areas, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen departments: hot line, cold station, grill station. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
