Performance-based work and ability to work under pressure * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position at our restaurants located in the district of Miraflores.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results orientation, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 30 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work area, storage area, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in assigned work area. * Rotate among kitchen stations: hot line, cold station, grill. * Carry out other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
