Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a renowned restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position for our restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results orientation, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Age: Over 25 years old** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas, storage areas, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in your assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen departments: hot station, cold station, grill station. * Carry out other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
