You will be responsible for:* Provide support across all areas related to PMO and project controls performance on assigned engagements. * Ensure effective implementation of the PMO and project controls framework and strategy on assigned projects. * Manage assigned engagements daily across all matters related to PMO and project controls. * Build strong professional relationships with clients and their representatives. * Provide technical advice and support to the project team in administering the PMO and project controls processes—particularly regarding cost, schedule, changes, and risks—ensuring achievement of key objectives and escalating performance-related issues as appropriate. * Contribute to periodic reporting and structured governance and performance meetings. * Guide the development and management of the baseline (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions), as well as performance tracking, changes, and contingencies. * Oversee the development of the project’s quantitative risk analysis (cost and time). * Collaborate with the PMO Director and/or Project Director to address actions, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks and issues. * Guide activities and operations to ensure execution in accordance with Mace’s Control Centre, client requirements, and applicable legislation. * Support junior PMO and project controls resources, as well as other project personnel. * Collaborate on integrating project controls with PMO and planning disciplines. You’ll need:* A professional with at least 7 years’ experience. * Experience in complex construction projects and large-scale consulting assignments. * Experience in delivering effective OGP/PMO and project controls services, including assurance frameworks and strategies. * Practical knowledge of PMO and project controls tools, techniques, and software (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, RiskHive). * Civil construction working regime, Monday to Saturday.
