Position Summary:
A university-educated professional with experience in maintenance management, responsible for preserving laboratory infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and tools, ensuring compliance with NTP-ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the preservation of laboratory infrastructure and equipment.
2. Ensure operational readiness and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
3. Supervise maintenance, safety, and personnel in the area.
**Purpose of the Position:**
To properly preserve Pacific Control's infrastructure, facilities, equipment, instruments, and tools, ensuring that laboratory operating conditions comply with NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025:2017\.
**Requirements:**
* University degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Maintenance management experience.
* Occupational Health and Safety.
* Management systems and NTP ISO/IEC 17025 (Desirable).
* Strategic management.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Plan and schedule preservation and maintenance activities for infrastructure and facilities to ensure proper conservation of equipment, instruments, and tools.
* Ensure continuous operation of laboratory support equipment, including air conditioning units, fume hoods, lighting, and others.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational personnel tasks within routine and scheduled processes.
* Supervise implementation of the Sanitation and Cleaning Program, as well as cleaning and disinfection procedures across various laboratory areas.
* Supervise adherence to procedures, instructions, and facility conditions to ensure conformity with NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025:2017\.
* Supervise and maintain workplace safety conditions: preventive measures, accident response and treatment (first aid), waste disposal, and Good Practices.
* Identify safety-related risks associated with activities in the area.
* Address maintenance requests from other departments and supervise proper use of laboratory equipment.
* Participate in the selection of personnel under direct supervision.
