Job Summary: We are seeking Maintenance Mechanics for an industrial plastic products company, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines and troubleshooting. Training programs and career development path We are an industrial company manufacturing plastic products, located in San Juan de Lurigancho, and are currently seeking two (2) Maintenance Mechanics available to work rotating shifts. Your Challenges! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines. Report machine and plant facility issues, proposing an action plan identifying the root cause. Dismantle machinery and remove components for repair, after prior communication with the plant manager. Record daily maintenance activities and actions performed, specifying the equipment, area, action taken, and other relevant or requested notes by the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** Graduates of Technical Mechanical Maintenance program. Mold maintenance and changeover for injection molding. Experience with hydraulic systems. Knowledge of refrigeration chillers. Knowledge of machine lubrication, electric welding, and injection molding machines. Competencies: organization, punctuality, initiative, results orientation, teamwork. Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho. Availability to work rotating shifts. BENEFITS: All statutory benefits, timely payments, career development path, training programs.
