A leading industrial company in the sector is seeking a **Mechanical Technical Drafter** to join its Projects Department. The selected candidate will support the responsible person in modeling the fabrication of powder coating booths and ovens, as well as other related duties, demonstrating attention to detail, willingness to take on challenges, commitment, and design knowledge. Drafter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the metalworking field and proficiency in Inventor and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:**· \*Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. \*Supervise production area personnel. \*Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure production personnel do so. \*Monitor production personnel attendance and report to HR. \*Prepare sketches of project layouts to meet team requirements and client technical specifications. \*Create drawings using design software such as AUTOCAD and INVENTOR. \*Operate and maintain laser cutting machines. \*Possess mechanical engineering knowledge. \*Perform other tasks related to assigned responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor. \*Other duties inherent to the position and department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD and INVENTOR design software (MANDATORY). * Skills: analytical ability, organization, proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. * Must reside in areas near Ventanilla. **Benefits:** Biweekly timely payments.
