EXPERIENCE AS A HOSTESS OR WAITER IS MANDATORY** **We are a well-known restaurant group in the industry, currently seeking talent to fill the Waiter or Hostess position at our restaurant located in the district of INDEPENDENCIA** Main Functions and Responsibilities · Provide warm and empathetic customer service, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. · Develop suggestive sales of our products. · Handle customer complaints and suggestions. · Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements · Work Experience: Prior experience of 1 year as a waiter or hostess in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. **(MANDATORY)** · Skills: Customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure. · Working Hours: Full-time schedule.
