Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced offset press operator to set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses, ensuring print quality and color fidelity according to specifications to produce high-quality printed materials. Working with plates, inks, and papers to achieve high-quality output At SALMON CORP., we require (1) offset press operator with technical expertise to **set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses**, ensuring quality, registration, and color fidelity per specifications, as well as performing adjustments, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety standards while working with plates, inks, and papers to produce high-quality printed materials. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic industries, publishing, packaging, etc. * Technical training in graphic arts or graphic production. * Courses in printing machine operation. **Responsibilities:** * Expose film negatives, develop and dry printing plates. * Verify that CTPs and film negatives comply with the production order. * Produce samples of the requested material for final approval. * Submit the first printed sample to the Production Manager for approval. * Perform necessary adjustments to achieve the required color and finish. * Continuously inspect printed materials. * Request replacement of CTPs and film negatives when needed. * Perform daily cleaning of the printing press. * Store materials properly after completing tasks to ensure appropriate preservation. * Comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS); report non-conformities and incidents related to quality management and printing process safety affecting the organization; and contribute to continuous improvement of the system. * Equipment used: Shinohara 4-color press **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
