Monthly. · Process mapping and development of procedures, instructions, standards, among others. · Leadership, communication, data analysis, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, ERPs). · Reorient strategies and actions. · Lead the development and execution of the service implementation schedule while maintaining service quality. · Coordinate cleaning service scheduling and supervise its execution. · Coordinate allocation of machinery, equipment, and materials to optimize cleaning processes and personnel protection. · Visit sites where services are performed to evaluate and verify conditions under which they are being executed. · Coordinate with Commercial Department for analysis of tender bases, technical files, etc., to ensure optimal contractual management. · Coordinate allocation of human resources, equipment, materials, and supplies to optimize service delivery outcomes and ensure worker protection. · Manage improvements in cleaning processes. · Inspect that PPEs are in good condition, and request replacement with new ones from Logistics Department when damaged. (Special Services only) · Organize function management in accordance with applicable Integrated Management System guidelines. · Participate, as appropriate, in investigations arising from incidents or accidents, in compliance with current procedures. · Provide training on operational cleaning topics. · Attend company-required trainings, meetings, and/or talks following prior coordination. · Report any unsafe condition, incident, accident, or emergency related to safety or health as soon as possible. · Implement effective measures to identify and control work-related hazards and risks.
