Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields involving both field and office work, with knowledge in the metallurgical-mechanical sector. To plan, direct, control, and optimize the company’s production and service operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, costs, safety, and customer satisfaction in projects involving design, metallurgical-mechanical fabrication, assembly, maintenance, construction, general services, and civil works. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, control, and supervise operations according to contracts, schedules, and budgets. * Efficiently manage human resources, materials, equipment, and machinery. **Technical and Production Management:** * Coordinate engineering, design, drawing validation, and execution of metallurgical-mechanical, assembly, maintenance, and construction work. * Supervise the correct technical execution of projects. **Quality, Safety, and Environment:** * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System, quality standards, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Verify inspections and controls, and halt work in case of risks. **Cost and Performance Management:** * Control costs, budgets, yields, and productivity. * Implement improvements to optimize resources and reduce rework. **Personnel Management:** * Lead and supervise operational and technical staff. * Assign duties and shifts, and promote training and teamwork. **Customer Relations and Reporting:** * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and supervisors. * Prepare and present progress, cost, and performance reports to Management. **Continuous Improvement and Authority:** * Propose operational and technical improvements. * Approve work plans, request resources, and halt activities in case of non-compliance or risks.
