




**REQUIREMENTS** * Degree holder in Accounting or Labor Law. * Additional studies in Labor Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Occupational Safety. * Specialization or diploma in Labor Law and Corporate Social Responsibility. * Courses in Payroll Management. **KNOWLEDGE** * National and international regulations related to best practices (ISO, BPM, BPL, BPG). * Design and implementation of internal policies and operational protocols. * Performance indicators and continuous improvement. * Change management and organizational culture. * Labor inspections and dealings with trade unions. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum **2 years** in roles related to safety, compliance, sustainability, or process management. * Participation in certifications or implementation of talent management systems. **MAIN FUNCTIONS** * Administer and supervise payroll management: calculation of remuneration, social benefits, contributions, and withholdings. * Develop and update internal labor relations policies. * Coordinate inspection processes and maintain effective communication with trade unions and labor authorities. * Support change management and strengthening of organizational culture. * Participate in certification and audit processes related to labor management. * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * Attendance, vacation, and leave tracking. * Support training and talent development programs. * Follow-up on performance evaluations. * Provide support for corporate social responsibility and occupational well-being initiatives. **CONDITIONS** * Working hours: Full-time. * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Huancayo – Junín.
