We are a Project Management company seeking a professional specializing in Occupational Safety and Health for the position of Safety Manager in industrial construction projects. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safety culture on the project. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and licensed in Environmental Engineering or related fields, specialized in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Training courses in Safety and current regulations. * Minimum 7 years of experience in retail sectors such as shopping malls. * Knowledge of Working at Heights and Confined Spaces, Joint OSH Committee, Occupational Health and Hygiene, OSH Legislation. * Knowledge and experience in developing IPERC matrices and safe work techniques. * Intermediate MS Office proficiency. * Basic AutoCAD proficiency. * Residency in Nazca, Lambayeque, or Lima. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain the SSOMA management system on site, ensuring compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health. * Supervise occupational safety and health services, as well as workers' social welfare. * Conduct and deliver daily safety talks, inductions, trainings, and drills on OSH topics. * Develop and update the IPERC matrix. * Implement and execute the safety plan, emergency plan, programs, inspections, drills, work procedures, standards, joint committees, and emergency brigades. * Manage the OSH budget. * Prepare management reports and indicators. * Conduct and execute monthly meetings of the Joint OSH Committee, Safety Committee, and OSH Coordination Committee. * Verify compliance with the worker health surveillance program. **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the project supervision and management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal payroll with social benefits. * The chance to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
