Position Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor/Production Coordinator with experience in food plants to ensure compliance with programs, quality and safety standards, and to supervise production processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
* Degree in Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Specialization or diploma in Process Management Systems and/or Quality Management.
* Professional experience: Minimum 3 years in food plants as Production Supervisor or Production Coordinator.
* Proficiency in production indicators.
* Leadership skills, proactive attitude, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and sound decision-making ability.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
* Commitment to assigned tasks and established objectives.
* Proficiency in computer tools and digital applications.
* Availability for rotating shifts.
**KNOWLEDGE**:
* Processes, time, and motion studies.
* Equipment maintenance.
* Knowledge of production KPIs.
* Knowledge of BPM, PHS, HACCP, BRC, ORGANIC.
* Occupational Health and Safety.
* Supervision of personnel under direct responsibility.
**FUNCTIONS**:
* In-process work (100%)
* Ensure compliance with the production schedule.
* Ensure productive shifts.
* Supervise and control compliance with production, quality, and safety standards according to established procedures during the shift.
* Verify that equipment, utensils, and measuring instruments are in good condition and functioning properly.
* Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of areas, equipment, and utensils during the process.
* Supervise compliance with BPM, PHS, HACCP, BRC, ORGANIC, and KOSHER during the process.
* Ensure accurate completion of production records and equipment cleaning logs.
* Daily reporting to the Plant Manager.
* Documentation development: procedures, instructions, records, schedules.
* Participation in improving BPM, PHS, HACCP, BRC, ORGANIC, and KOSHER.

Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month
