Support in investigations of nonconformities and customer complaints **Job Description** Grafipapel, a leading company in graphic product technology and innovation with over 29 years in the market, is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Chemistry or related fields. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (desirable) * Knowledge of GMPs and Food Safety (desirable) * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. * Availability to work in Chaclacayo on a rotating shift. * Experience in the printing or paper industry. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that required records and documents correspond to the production schedule. * Validate printed product startup by reviewing color, artwork, etc. * Inspect finished products or intermediate materials during the production process to ensure compliance with specifications. * Conduct product and material tests according to established test methods. * Perform final product inspections prior to release into the main warehouse. * Control the quality of incoming warehouse supplies (supplies, raw materials). * Manage nonconforming material and products, including identification, segregation, and follow-up. * Verify that laboratory measuring equipment is operational. * Record and archive quality control evaluation records for all activities performed. * Support preparation of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for dispatch of paper rolls and finished products to customers, as required. * Support investigations of nonconformities and customer complaints. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
