Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor Engineer – Telecommunications to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and regulations in mining-sector projects. Key Highlights: 1. Per diems covered for work outside the city We are a company specialized in telecommunications engineering and project execution for the mining sector. We are currently seeking a **Quality Supervisor Engineer – Telecommunications**, to support the expansion of a foam analysis system at a **mining unit located in Moquegua**. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical procedures, and applicable regulations during the execution of surface telecommunications, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical works, guaranteeing proper work release and delivery of quality documentation to the client. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the Quality Plan, procedures, matrices, and quality protocols for the works to be executed. * Coordinate with the Construction Department for the release of electrical, communications, instrumentation, and mechanical works. * Review, consolidate, and submit manufacturing and quality dossiers to the client. * Manage and participate in FAT and SAT tests, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria. * Manage quality matrices and deliverables required for the dossier folder. * Prepare weekly quality reports for the client’s QA/QC department. * Perform work releases in accordance with approved procedures. * Carry out other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Licensed Engineer in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum of **03 years** of experience as a Quality Engineer, counted from the date of degree completion. * Proven experience in quality management, documentation preparation, and quality record control. * Experience in releasing communications, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical works. * Experience in preparing **Quality Dossier, Precom, and Commissioning (Comm)**. * Experience in projects within the mining, oil & gas, energy, and/or telecommunications sectors. * Knowledge of **ISO 9001** and quality management systems. * Proficiency in Office and AutoCAD. * Availability to work at a mining unit. **Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and effective communication. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **What We Offer** * Per diems covered for work outside the city. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Participation in high-technical-demand mining projects. * Professional development in multidisciplinary engineering projects.
