Job Summary: We are seeking Personal Banking Supervisors to lead and motivate credit-by-agreement sales teams, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and strengthening prospecting skills. Currently, we provide enterprise and personal product sales services for various banks; therefore, we are looking for Personal Banking Supervisors \- Credit-by-Agreement (Marina, PNP, and Peruvian Army) who wish to lead high-performance teams in LIMA PLAZA. Your main challenge: * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales advisors (personal loans). * Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly commercial targets. * Accompany your team both in the field and in the office to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. * Monitor the management of assigned databases and the correct application of internal processes. * Generate progress reports and strategies to optimize results. What we seek in you: * Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams in the financial sector (mandatory). * Knowledge of loan placement and banking processes. * Ability to train and instruct a team on products and required procedures. * Leadership ability, team motivation, and results orientation. * Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capability. * Availability to perform mixed work: field activities and database management. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Personal laptop and home internet access.
