As SAP Enterprise Technology Manager at Deloitte, you will be responsible for managing business transformation projects; you will support high-performing technical and functional leaders across various domains to overcome any barriers hindering effective work delivery through strategic decision-making and by leveraging SAP offering expertise. As part of business development, you will manage a portfolio of clients and develop proposals and internal initiatives, while also building and maintaining alliances with the Firm’s Strategic Partners to drive financial growth by applying deep, specialized knowledge of a specific SAP package/segment to design solution roadmaps and advance the SAP transformation agenda. The role is highly creative, analytical, problem-solving oriented, and involves continuous validation of reports to ensure alignment with SAP strategy. What qualifications are required? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience: 7–10 years. Preferred experience includes selling, advising on, and delivering technology services to local and international enterprises; leading large-scale, complex SAP implementation projects; communicating with clients at managerial and executive levels; managing interdisciplinary teams across diverse cultures and countries; financial/budgetary project management; resource management; and team development. * Advanced English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office suite; process flow diagramming tools (desirable); requirements management and user story applications (desirable); service request and incident management tools; functional SAP usage; SAP project management and/or Agile methodology certifications (desirable). * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem solving, and passion for technology.
