




**Semi-Senior Human Resources Generalist** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a Semi-Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team at our information technology company. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources. \- Experience in an information technology company (preferred). \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks. \- Experience with Human Resources software — TALANA (preferred). \- Location: Miraflores. \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If required, the company may request Saturday work during the same hours. \- Hybrid work model: In-person attendance required at least twice per week. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. \- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, selection, training, and development. \- Assist in payroll administration, benefits management, and other HR processes. \- Analyze and resolve HR-related issues, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures. \- Develop and maintain relationships with employees and managers to foster a positive and productive work environment. \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR objectives align with company goals. **BENEFITS:** \- Payroll benefits: In accordance with current regulations, including CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), bonuses, vacation pay, and profit-sharing. \- Private health insurance (EPS): 100% covered for the employee.
