Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering professional with experience in industrial safety to support compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, implementation of Law No. 29783, and the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). Jalma SAC is a contracting company specialized in engineering, installation, and maintenance of electromechanical systems and low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. **Objective** The position arises from the need to hire a professional capable of supporting compliance with clients' OSH regulations, implementation of Law No. 29783, and implementation of the company's IMS. **Requirements** \- Graduate in any engineering discipline, preferably Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering. \- Belong to the top 20% of the graduating class. **Mandatory** \- Prior internship or work experience in industrial safety within the electrical sector. \- Knowledge of: \- Law No. 29783\. \- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards\. \- Completion of safety documents such as ATS, IPERC, PETS, risk maps, safety plans, among others. \- The Five Golden Rules of Electricity. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level, Excel (advanced level). **Qualities** \- Problem-solving ability \- Responsible \- Proactive \- Organized \- Ability to interact effectively at all levels **Responsibilities** \- Ensure compliance with legal regulations governing the occupational safety and health system, internal OSH regulations, and national standards. \- Control the company's IPER matrix. \- Support the development and implementation of the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan. \- Organize and lead accident prevention committees, rescue teams, and drills for accidents and disasters, as included in the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan. \- Prepare reports and process documentation (reports and permits). \- Review conditions and use of basic and specific personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Review status and use of tools and equipment. \- Conduct scheduled audits and inspections. \- Perform inspections of safety processes. \- Carry out other duties as assigned by the department head. **Benefits** \- Join a continuously growing company. \- Opportunity to build a career path. \- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM.
