Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Administration or Logistics Operations Technician with warehouse management experience to supervise and coordinate tasks, ensure material delivery, and maintain stock control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of logistics work teams. 2. Inventory management and warehouse stock control. 3. Ensures compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate Technician in Industrial Administration or Logistics Operations. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics area. * Knowledge of warehouse management. * SAP knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate assigned work teams regarding tasks, schedules, and training, ensuring performance and safety standards are met. * Supervise and ensure delivery of materials and supplies to production, and receive surplus balances. * Support physical warehouse inventory and system-based (SAP) inventory of incoming products, transfers, returns, among others, ensuring proper and appropriate storage according to operational needs and workflow. * Coordinate with immediate supervisor on regular inventory execution to maintain accurate stock control and prevent losses or shortages. * Alert on products nearing expiration\- excessive accumulation of damaged goods \- waste accumulation. * Record control of sold shrinkage outflows. * Ensure optimal cleaning conditions in managed warehouses and guarantee compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. * Maintain effective communication and constant coordination with internal users and customers. * Report deviations from target stock days to immediate supervisor. * Assume duties when a team member is absent and/or perform other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Coordinate with the distribution department on the allocation of materials, pallets, sacks, and other items to ensure proper use of the maneuvering yard.
