Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate all construction site activities, ensuring material quality and adherence to schedules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and supervise on-site activities and materials 2. Perform quantity take-offs, valuations, and prepare the project dossier 3. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations We are MAVEGSA, a company with over 47 years of experience importing and distributing dry construction materials. Currently, we operate 10 branches across Metropolitan Lima. We are seeking **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORS** Responsibilities: * Inspect the area to be intervened * Daily inspection and counting of construction materials * Perform quantity take-offs for the areas to be intervened * Supervise on-site activities * Supervise the quality of construction materials * Monitor activity schedules * Prepare the water-tightness test report * Prepare the runoff test report * Supervise finishing works * Submit valuations to the client * Send daily photographic records of construction execution activities * Conduct inventory of materials to be returned from site to warehouse * Prepare the project dossier * Attend SSOMA-area trainings and inductions to maintain clear awareness of occupational hazards and Occupational Safety and Health * Comply with the current Organization and Functions Manual, the Occupational Safety and Health Policy, the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation, and MAVEGSA’s Internal Regulation * Follow MAVEGSA’s Occupational Safety and Health Management System recommendations * Other responsibilities as required by the SSOMA area and immediate supervisor Requirements: * Profession: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields * Experience: 2 years in similar positions * Availability to work in Lima and Provinces * Work Modality: 100% On-site Benefits: * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
