Operational risk analysis and mitigation **Job Description:** * Install platforms for various business lines and corporate group websites. * Establish customer support teams and provide clear, timely, and friendly responses to resolve operational issues escalated to these teams. * Attend to customers and escalate cases promptly if issues cannot be resolved immediately. * Escalate any system anomalies to the supervisor and Operations Manager. * Analyze operational risks related to established departmental processes. * Resolve potential risks and daily operational issues, and perform appropriate classification according to the established process for this purpose.
