Job Summary: Systems professional focused on maintenance, network support, software and hardware management, application development, and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive role in maintenance, network support, and IT management. 2. Software development and web maintenance. 3. Database and ERP system management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on equipment. * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of software and hardware systems (network support). * Manage and procure computing equipment and servers. * Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of information and databases. * Manage software or hardware vendors, ensuring service levels, evaluating performance, and renewing or terminating contracts with Management approval. * Administer, manage, and renew corporate email accounts (external hosting) and company domains. * Develop application software and maintain the company website. * Network management. * Implement the ERP system, monitor its deployment, ensure proper functionality across all departments, and maintain operational control. * Website maintenance. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Profile Requirements:** * Graduate in Systems Engineering. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Professional appearance. * Strong communication skills. * 3 years of experience (Preferred) **Benefits:** * Training specific to departmental responsibilities. * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits from day one. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:45; Saturday, 08:00–12:15 **Competencies:** * Commitment, Initiative, Communication Skills, and Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
