Job Summary: We are seeking a systems engineer to provide user support, improve processes, maintain equipment, manage databases, and assist in implementations. Key Highlights: 1. User support and continuous improvement of business processes. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Systems management, security, and incident response. **Requirements:** * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in user support and process improvement within corporate environments. * Knowledge of ERP Odoo (implementation, support, or customization experience is desirable). * Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, etc. * Technical support and systems management knowledge. * Analytical ability, incident resolution skills, and teamwork capability. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Stress tolerance. * Availability to **work** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM–11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. * Report the equipment ledger (Kárdex). * Respond to user-reported incidents. * Support implementation of changes (implementation, training, and evaluation). * Code items for proper use of the proforma module. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary:** S/1,300 to S/1,800 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside?
