We are currently seeking an **On-site Operator** to cover client service assignments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Validate the operational status of installed equipment. * Generate counter reports according to the cut-off date established in the contract and under ADM supervision. * Maintain custody of the digital archive of monthly usage sheets used for client billing. * Validate the inventory of the assigned account. * Manage supply changes. * Maintain cleanliness and order of the equipment under custody. * Coordinate directly with clients regarding possible service requests or incidents. * Address client incidents and/or requests. * Report incidents requiring specialist attention to technical support. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in computing and informatics, electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience handling computer equipment (printers/laptops). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of operating systems. * Basic experience in repair and maintenance of printers and/or computers (HP, Samsung, Zebra, Epson). * **Willingness to travel to any district.** **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 * Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00 * Location: Confidential **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Belong to a solid, prestigious, and growing company. * Be hired on payroll with all statutory benefits. * Career development path. * Continuous brand-specific training.
