Professional Background in:
* Electronic Engineering
* Mechatronic Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Experience:
* 5 to 8 years in industrial maintenance or technical services
* Experience leading technical teams
* Mining or heavy industry experience preferred
Knowledge:
* Industrial instrumentation
* Maintenance of industrial equipment
* Control and automation systems
* Fault diagnosis and analysis
Main Responsibilities:
* Technically manage services.
* Validate technical reports and results prior to client delivery.
* Provide field technical support to the team for faults or deviations.
* Define technical criteria for proper service execution.
* Standardize technical procedures and work methodologies.
* Analyze recurring faults and propose technical solutions.
* Coordinate with the Services Planner for proper operational planning.
* Ensure technical quality of executed services.
* Train and develop the technical team.
* Participate in technical meetings with clients when required.
