Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic technician for support, maintenance, and upgrading of cash processing equipment, with availability to travel and deliver training. Knowledge of maintenance for computer equipment, banknote/coin counting machines, slot machines, or ATMs (not mandatory), or alternatively, general electronic equipment. 2\. Experience: 1 year (not mandatory). 3\. Completion of a technical program in electronics or related field. 4\. Current residence in the city specified in this job posting. 5\. Proactive, dynamic, autonomous, and responsible. 6\. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels. 7\. Full availability to travel to other cities across the country, with expenses covered by the company. 8\. Not registered in Infocorp’s risk center due to debt or poor credit history. 9\. Basic knowledge of Office applications and proficiency using Windows-based computers (e.g., installing software, network connectivity, etc.) WHAT IS YOUR CHALLENGE? 1\. Provide support, maintenance, and upgrades for cash processing equipment. 2\. Coordinate with the Customer Service Department (SAC) regarding assigned services performed on-site or in the workshop; report your location to SAC. 3\. Complete and submit technical service reports to the department head immediately after completing each service. 4\. Record daily services in our management system and upload related documents to the designated online shared folder. 5\. Conduct scheduled in-person and remote training sessions for other technical staff or customers on equipment usage. 6\. Diagnose equipment issues and prepare required spare parts lists. 7\. Prepare technical reports. 8\. Submit expense reports within the timelines established by the company. 9\. Safeguard spare parts received for disposal and/or replacement in equipment. 10\. Safeguard tools provided by the company. 11\. Refrain from disclosing or using company-provided information for personal purposes. OUR OFFERING TO YOU INCLUDES: 1\. Performance bonus of up to S/.500 soles. 2\. Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits effective from day one. 3\. Travel expenses covered by the company. 4\. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM \- Fixed rest day: Sunday. Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: Regular travel required
