Proactive with initiative to solve problems TI, a company primarily engaged in selling management, accounting, invoicing, and commercial software, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant. **Requirements**: 1 year of experience in telephone or in-person customer service, with computer knowledge; preferably currently completing or having graduated from programs related to Computing and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering. - Excellent spelling and writing skills. - Experience using ERP management system software (preferred). - Experience in help desk operations. - Responsible, committed, with excellent **communication and customer service skills**, both written and via telephone. · Proactive, with initiative to solve problems and take on challenges, and capable of working under pressure. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
