JOB OBJECTIVE Provide comprehensive customer support throughout the entire purchasing process, including handling inquiries, validating payments, tracking orders, and resolving incidents with clear communication and a service-oriented attitude. Directly contribute to customer satisfaction and achievement of commercial goals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Respond to customer inquiries via digital and in-person channels. \- Update and manage orders in the system. \- Validate online banking payments. \- Monitor accounts receivable. \- Handle complaints and resolve incidents promptly. \- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate shipments. \- Record data and generate reports in Excel. \- Provide commercial support as required by the immediate supervisor. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum 6 months of experience in in-person and/or online customer service. \- Basic\-intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Knowledge of payment validation and order management. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday on a full-time basis. \- Stable employment history and verifiable references. \- Commitment to punctuality and adherence to scheduled hours. \- Proficient written communication and effective verbal expression. \- Flexibility to cover demand peaks and seasonal campaigns as required by the company.
