**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Graduates of technical and/or university programs in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory)
* Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, ERI, ERU, BPA, and 5S
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems: SAPB1 or SAPHANA.
* Intermediate-level Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, and others.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Monitor the merchandise intake schedule shared by the Logistics Department and report any observations that arise.
* Enter into the system all products received at the Lima warehouses from suppliers, including quantity, batch number, expiry date, serial number, and location.
* Immediately coordinate with the Logistics Department regarding any queries about intake type, purchase orders, pricing, etc.
* Enter scheduled inter-warehouse transfers between Lima warehouses into the system.
* Digitize supplier delivery notes / packing lists / invoices, then forward them to the Logistics Department for final review and archiving.
* Maintain records and track observations arising during the supplier receiving process until resolution.
* Monitor the scheduled collection of authorized customer returns, validate them upon receipt, and confirm them in the system.
* Perform daily documentary settlement of delivered orders, reviewing payment supporting documents for each delivery note and immediately reporting any observations before physically delivering documents to Billing.
* Maintain daily control over sales documents delivered to the department (invoices, delivery notes, promissory notes, etc.) and alert if not processed or returned within the established timeframe.
* Conduct cyclic inventory counts as scheduled by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Perform recounts when necessary and support analysis of discrepancies identified, along with reporting warehouse performance indicators: ERI and ERU.
* Maintain updated records of products held in low-stock, obsolete, and quarantine warehouses until their final disposition is determined.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Salary: Up to S/.2,000\.00 per month
