The core purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the automotive spare parts warehouse, ensuring spare parts and materials are effectively available and organized to meet workshop and customer requirements. **What You Will Do** Key Responsibilities * Receive and verify incoming spare parts and supplies, confirming quantities and condition match purchase and/or transfer documentation. * Store spare parts and materials on designated shelves in an organized and clean manner to facilitate easy retrieval and access. * Inventory management: conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervision. * Spare parts dispatch: prepare and dispatch spare parts requested by technicians and/or service advisors via Work Orders (WO), ensuring parts are delivered in good condition and validating quantities dispatched. * Record product receipts and issues in the inventory management system. * Update stock levels to ensure information accuracy. * Collaborate with technicians or other departments to ensure required spare parts are available; communicate spare parts availability and delivery timelines. * Ensure the warehouse is a safe workplace and complies with occupational health and safety standards; otherwise, report to supervision and the relevant department for corrective action. * Respond to inquiries from internal customers and suppliers. * Place purchase orders with suppliers as requested by service advisors and recorded in Work Orders (WO), subject to approval by the Workshop Manager or Spare Parts Manager. * Track requested imports. * Maintain control over non-consumed spare parts (non-inventoried daily workshop consumables, spare parts in transit, obsolete spare parts, spare parts reported as damaged/defective). We’ll **Match** if you meet the following **Requirements**: **Education & Qualifications** * Completed technical or university studies in administration, mechanics, or logistics. * Proficiency in Excel and/or logistics management systems. * Independent courses related to the automotive, machinery, and/or logistics management sectors. * Two years of experience in administrative logistics functions including warehousing, inventory, and distribution. * Ability to maintain updated records and material inventories. * Category A1 driver’s license.
