Description

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the inventory process, ensuring correct classification, coding, and distribution of products. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and controls the entire inventory process. 2. Ensures proper documentation and coding of products. 3. Maintains the optimal level of materials in stock. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, coordinate, and control the inventory (stock) control process. * Verify that warehouse outbound documentation complies with requirements from the dispatch system, especially checking product codes, requester signatures, full product descriptions, etc. * Classify and code all stock products to avoid code duplication. * Apply technical procedures for receiving, recording, coding, classifying, storing and/or distributing products; as well as maintaining the optimal level of materials in stock according to requirements. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
