Positive work environment and job stability What We Are Looking For – Accounting Assistant We seek a proactive, organized Accounting Assistant with experience in accounting and tax matters. Requirements: Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional from technical or university studies in Accounting. Experience in accounting functions, including internships; 2 years or more (not mandatory). Proficiency in the CONCAR accounting system (mandatory). Knowledge of: Taxation. Detractions, withholdings, and perceptions. Regulations governing payment vouchers. Main Responsibilities: Review and validation of payment requests along with supporting documents prior to submission to the Treasury Department. Recording and validation of purchases in the accounting system. Supporting and/or preparing bank reconciliations. Recording pending accounting transactions. Supporting the analysis of accounting accounts for Financial Statement (FS) preparation. Recording of general expenses in the system. Other duties inherent to the accounting department.
