We are currently looking for talent for the **Agreement Manager** position; learn more about this employment opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** Disbursing credits through agreements while ensuring efficient achievement of expected commercial objectives and high customer satisfaction, aiming to increase client base and portfolio profitability in the region. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Identify customer needs and offer them credit through agreements. * Manage commercial, operational, and satisfaction indicators established by the Bank. **What are we looking for?** * Completed technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * One year of experience selling intangible products. * Six months of experience with agreement-based credit products (preferred). * Basic proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of credit system evaluations. * Residence in Lima city. **What do we offer?** * Base salary \+ mobility allowance \+ attractive commissions. * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Pleasant food allowance.
