




Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing and Foreign Trade Assistant to manage local and international procurement, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with foreign trade operations in a textile company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage local and international procurement processes. 2. Coordinate with suppliers and track purchase orders. 3. Handle import operations and customs documentation. Currently, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **PURCHASING AND FOREIGN TRADE ASSISTANT**, who will be responsible for managing local and international procurement processes, supplier coordination, purchase order tracking, import operations, and customs documentation, ensuring operational continuity and timely compliance with foreign trade operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within purchasing and/or foreign trade departments. * Experience in import management (mandatory). * Experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **SAP Business One (SAP B 1\)** (mandatory). * Knowledge of procurement processes: quotations, purchase orders, tracking, and control. * Knowledge of import processes: Incoterms, documentation (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.), customs management. * Cost control (import costing). * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Intermediate English (reading and communication with suppliers). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and register purchase orders in the ERP (**SAP Business One**) and follow up on their approval. * Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from quotation to product receipt. * Create and maintain updated material and supply codes in the system. * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to optimize pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Coordinate and track import and export operations, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Review and manage foreign trade documentation (DAM, commercial invoices, packing lists, settlements, etc.). * Manage issuance of sworn declarations and certificates of origin. * Administer issuance of letters of credit and other financial instruments related to imports. * Monitor goods’ stay in customs warehouses and coordinate partial withdrawals according to operational requirements. * Arrange international freight insurance for import operations. * Coordinate clearance and courier shipment of samples. * Prepare shipment, procurement, inventory, and accounts payable tracking reports. * Coordinate with the accounting department for proper delivery and filing of documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.). * Propose improvements to procurement and foreign trade processes. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Timely payments (biweekly and monthly). * Market-competitive remuneration (subject to evaluation). * Meal allowance covering over 70% of costs. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Career development path. * EPS (optional). * Brand discounts. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Application Question(s): * IN WHICH DISTRICT DO YOU LIVE? * HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE AS A PURCHASING AND FOREIGN TRADE ASSISTANT? * PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT PHONE NUMBER FOR A CALL. * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY?
