Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or professional for administrative and sales roles, focused on commercial support and document management. Key Highlights: 1. We are **COSECHAS PERUANAS**, an agro-industrial company with extensive experience in the sale and distribution of selected fruits and vegetables; as well as an expanding range of processed products such as pastes, cream jams, dressings, and frozen product exports. **Requirements:** * Updated CV * Residence near Ate. * Technician in Administration or professional in Computing and Informatics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Advanced-level Excel proficiency * Excellent communication, organizational, time management, attention-to-detail, teamwork, and proactive skills. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Enter/import sales vouchers into the Concar system. * Issue sales notes in coordination with the Commercial and Warehouse departments. * **Approve sales notes after verifying prices, discounts, and ensuring the customer has no outstanding debt.** * Receive sales orders. * Issue sales vouchers, checking beforehand whether the customer has any outstanding debt. * Coordinate with Commercial, Production, and Warehouse departments to expedite billing. * Settle delivery routes with drivers. * Create new customers following evaluation with the Finance department. * Archive various client-related documents and import them. * Address requests from the Commercial department. * Coordinate promotions with Trade Marketing. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Workplace: Ate - Ceres. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Professional growth opportunities and career path. * Market-competitive salary.
