If you enjoy teamwork, contributing new ideas, and making things happen, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** \- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content management, community management, or similar roles. \- Proficiency in: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere. \- Social Media: Familiarity with current formats and trends on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. \- Technology: Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support writing, analysis, and brainstorming. \- Key Skills: Strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication skills, proactivity, and keen attention to detail. \- Age: 23 years or older. \- Availability to work in the district of Comas. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Design graphic assets for advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and events, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. \- Create audiovisual and written content for social media, the company website, and other digital channels according to strategies defined by management. \- Develop campaign materials (flyers, banners, internal assets). \- Maintain brand visual identity (colors, typography, and style). \- Support other departments’ graphic design needs. \- Organize and keep the visual asset library (photos and videos) up to date. \- Collaborate with the analyst to implement creative ideas. \- Provide administrative and operational support to management for marketing-related activities. \- Support basic video editing (Reels and Stories). \- Perform other tasks assigned by management related to the marketing area. **We Highly Value:** \- Enthusiasm for learning, growing, and contributing with emerging trends. \- Passion for design, visual communication, and social media. \- Organization, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
