Position Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible personnel for customer service, ensuring the accurate registration, receipt, dispatch, and delivery of shipments, as well as cash handling. Resolution of basic inquiries and incidents We are currently seeking customer service personnel to join our team. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented individual who provides efficient and courteous service to our customers, ensuring accurate registration, receipt, dispatch, and delivery of shipments, as well as proper handling of the agency’s cash operations. Position Objective To provide efficient, courteous, and prompt customer service at the agency, ensuring accurate registration, collection, receipt, and delivery of shipments while complying with the company’s operational procedures and quality standards. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Administration, Commercial Cashiering, Customer Service, Logistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, or similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems at the user level. * Knowledge of issuing payment receipts and cash handling. * Availability to work on-site. Main Responsibilities * Assist customers by providing information on rates, destinations, schedules, and services offered by the company. * Accurately register shipments and transactions in the system. * Verify sender and recipient details to ensure proper shipment handling. * Receive and deliver shipments in accordance with established procedures. * Perform collections and issue payment receipts. * Resolve basic customer inquiries and incidents. * Track shipment status and provide up-to-date information. * Maintain organized and updated physical and digital agency documentation. * Support control and custody of shipments within the agency. * Comply with the company’s operational procedures and internal policies.
