Opportunity for professional development and a pleasant work environment We are looking for a professional to join our team as a **Toll Collection Audit Analyst**, whose primary objective is to guarantee the **integrity, traceability, and reliability of revenue generated from toll collection**, through continuous analysis, control, and auditing of operational and financial information. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **one (1) year of experience in similar positions**. * Desired experience in **companies operating in the highway concession sector**. * Knowledge of audit processes and regulations. * Cash handling and revenue collection process experience. * Desired specialization or additional training in auditing. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Desired knowledge of toll software. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify consistency between **vehicle traffic and toll collection transactions**. * Validate correct recording of revenue according to various payment methods: cash, cards, and electronic means. * Reconcile operational collections with toll reports. * Analyze deviations, identify anomalies, and propose corrective measures. * Monitor operational risks associated with the collection process. * Prepare analytical reports and summaries for management and involved departments. * Identify opportunities for improving controls within the collection process. * Coordinate activities of toll audit assistants. * Timely report findings and anomalies identified during audits. * Prepare reports related to the audit of weight and measurement controls at weigh stations. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Control orientation. * Investigative ability. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Ability to identify and communicate findings. * Teamwork. **What We Offer?** \- Employment with a stable company. \- Opportunity for professional development. \- Pleasant work environment. \- Formal employment registration from day one.
